Jillian Ebron-Jackson

Jillian Ebron-Jackson serves as the Director of Player Personnel and Influence Community Outreach for the Texas Southern University women’s basketball program. A former NCAA Division II student-athlete, Ebron-Jackson brings a strong foundation of leadership, athletic experience, and community engagement to her role with the Tigers.

Ebron-Jackson played four seasons at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP), where she was a versatile 5'9" guard. Over her career, she appeared in 87 games, contributing across the board with scoring, rebounding, assists, and defensive intensity. 

Before college, she starred at J.H. Rose High School in Greenville, North Carolina, where she was a four-time MVP and All-County selection. She scored over 1,000 career points and averaged 20.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 5.3 assists, and 3.4 steals per game as a senior.

At Texas Southern, Ebron-Jackson oversees player relations, team logistics, and community outreach initiatives. Her experience as a student-athlete and her passion for mentorship help foster a culture of accountability, service, and personal growth within the program.
