HOUSTON – Texas Southern University's Lady Tigers scored the last 10 points of the game to complete a come-from-behind 69-61 win Saturday over visiting Grambling State.

TSU sophomore Joyce Kennerson scored a career-high 29 points on 10-of-13 shooting from the floor to lead the Lady Tigers (10-5) to their fourth conference win in as many games.

The visiting Tigers from Grambling led for more than 35 minutes before TSU completed a late comeback in the fourth quarter. Texas Southern's Lady Tigers shot 8-of-10 from the floor during the final period, and made eight out of their nine free throws during the quarter.

TSU took their first lead of the game with 1:31 remaining the final quarter when freshman Chynna Ewing found Artavia Ford under the basket for a go-ahead layup. Ford was fouled on the play and then hit the ensuing free throw to give the home team a 64-61 lead.
